The great thing about my current time slot is that it's the perfect place for a toe tappin' fun music show. I still love singer-songwriters and other slower musical forms that I played on "Radio Free Columbus" (1991-1995). But somehow, that doesn't make sense to me for this show. But the bad thing about the time slot is that many people can't listen regularly... whether it's movies, fine dining, or a night out listening to "live music" in the clubs... which, by the way... I strongly urge you to do! So this page provides the perfect solution! Either listen ON DEMAND or download the entire show onto mp3. Better yet, burn it to CD and turn your friends on too!

Last sunday was the John Lennon's 70th bithday (ouch he's getting old :-). I'm just obsessed with The Beatles, they are my inspiration everyday since I've heard them and I'm a super fan of John Lennon . I wanted to celebrate his birthday with this post Le 70ème anniversaire du très regretté John Lennon était dimanche dernier ( sa en fait des années John !). Je suis une fanne inconditionnelle des Beatles, c'est ma source d'inspiration depuis la première fois que je les ais entendu, et John Lennon a toujours été mon préféré de part son talent unique. Je voulais dons célébrer son anniversaire avec vous :-)

In competition for the title of Best British UK Feauture, The Killing of John Lennon (2006) follows the life of killer, Mark Chapman from Hawaii to New York in the lead up to the killing of iconic Beatles legend, John Lennon. British Director, Andrew Piddington was first taken by Chapman when he heard of conspiracy theories relating the death of Lennon. Piddington explains the film took four years to make, and used location shooting throughout to give the most realistic portrayal of the events as possible; he felt compelled to find as much truth as possible, checking every source in the film at least four time before including it. Much of the film revolves around Chapman's testimonials and journals. The premise that Champan's motive to kill was promoted by his intense fixation with the book by, JD Salinger 'The Catcher int he Rye', which spoke of abloishing 'phoneys'.
