This is what Philip Cohen commented:
“Come Together” (Live 1972) - Both the first show and second show versions have been released officially (the first show version is available on “Live in New York City”, and the second show version is on the 4-CD box set “The John Lennon Anthology”).

Lennon recorded many takes of the home demo and studio versions of many of these songs. While demo versions or outtake versions of some of these songs were offered on “The John Lennon Anthology”, the book included with that box set gives musician and studio credits, but it does not include take numbers, so it is not possible to determine if there is any overlap. Even listening to the takes on the bootleg may not give definitive answers, since John Lennon didn’t vary the arrangements much in the studio. (For example, there are many takes of “How Do You Sleep?” that have identical instrumental arrangements, but slight variations in the vocal performance.)
As far as official CD releases are concerned, the John Lennon vaults have been emptied. John had a generally good idea what songs were good enough to bring into the studio. There are no further unreleased songs (as opposed to takes) from his studio sessions.
Note: A longtime music fan, Philip Cohen was a contributor to the now-defunct ICE Magazine and compiled the boxsets for The Yardbirds, The Small Faces, Humble Pie and Nice.
