But it seems that even when it’s a family affair, 17-year-old Courtney Stodden isn’t about to cover up.
The teen bride, who is married to Doug Hutchison, displayed her curves in a very revealing dress as she enjoyed a day of shopping with her mother.

The blonde courted attention as she stepped out at Los Angeles shopping haven The Grove yesterday with mother Krista and a friend.
Courtney, who recently released new single Reality, sported a low-cut black mini dress that boasted a mesh panel across her back and midriff and showed off her slender legs.
The model and aspiring singer teamed the frock with a pair of black platform stripper shoes, gold armband, hoop earrings and sunglasses, while carrying a white clutch bag with pink pompom keyring.

Meanwhile her mother went for a considerably more modest look in an all-black outfit of T-shirt, jeans and ballet pumps.
The duo browsed running shoes and Courtney picked up a pair of baby pink Nike trainers, before heading to MAC where the blonde bombshell stocked up on pink lipgloss.
The Tacoma-born teen became infamous when she was just 16 and married actor Doug, who is 34 years her senior, in Nevada (one of the 39 U.S. states where it is legal to marry at 16 with full written parental consent) in May 2011.

She had never met the Lost star in person before he proposed as they had previously only communicated via the internet.
Shortly after their nuptials nearly one year ago, Krista came to the couple’s defence and told Radar Online of her son-in-law: 'He’s not creepy. He is such a great guy, he’s so intelligent.'
'I see why they’re together, he looks like he’s in his early 30s, and Courtney looks like she’s in her late 20s,' she told the website.
'It’s like they’re talking about someone else when they say bad things about Doug. He’s with my daughter and I wouldn’t want a creepy guy with my daughter. He’s a wonderful, great man.'
